Academic Philosophy:
Some people choose their roles in life; others have them thrust upon them. As Rachel is an actual University Librarian she was obliged (Acting-Archchancellor Shivers told her so) to take on the role of Acting Librarian for this committee. It carries the same duties as her previous post (Vice Chair of IDWCon 2015), which generally involves using advanced magical, alchemical and organisational skills to know what is going on where, when and with whom. This is a work in progress, but feel free to chat to her or ask her questions. She may even answer them correctly if it won’t affect causality.
